Modalities in Brief:
Aqua-Chi Footbath: Developed by Austrian naturalist, Victor Schauberger. His inventions were "living machines" using a natural process for concentrating energy to create energized water, which had an invigorating effect on the body. Tap water and water processed using steam distillation and reverse osmosis all lack the vital energy needed to maintain health. Until now the loss of this vital energy has been difficult to replace, but with the aid of the new Aqua-Chi footbath it is now possible to recharge both the water and yourself. This innovative new product ionizes the water creating electrical energy that your body absorbs and utilizes when your feet are placed into the footbath. These toxins and free radicals bind with the ionization process releasing them from your body. You actually see the results in the water!

Aromatherapy:
Involves the use of essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers,
resins, seeds, bark, etc.; and are the regenerating, oxygenating
and immune defense properties of plants. Because of their small
molecular size, essentials oils are able to penetrate the tissues
more easily, and were mankind's first medicine. Each essential oil
has specific properties to reduce pain, stop spasm, decrease emotional
stress, etc. Your therapist will personalize the appropriate combination
of oils to correlate with your needs, and in combination with your
massage, is an invaluable tool to regain balance within the tissue.

Assisted Stretching: Flexibility, the common synonym
for "joint range of motion", is a major consideration in sports ability,
physical fitness, comfortable posture, and physical medicine. Good health should be the number one priority of everyone, and flexibility is an
important adjunct to build and maintain optimum health. Even animals
can be seen stretching before movement. Proper stretching can prevent
postural problems, joint injuries, and promote wellness through
increasing elasticity and joint range of motion.

B.E.S.T.: The "Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique" uses the principles of Kinesiology and Bio-feedback to gently rest the autonomic nervous system, updating physical and emotional memory, and restoring the full healing potential of the body/mind. Using its' own innate abilities B.E.S.T. removes the interference and/or distractions, that are creating an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system which can lead to symptoms such as pain and/or disease.

Craniosacral Therapy:
(CST): Reflects the original explorations of Dr.
A. T. Still, the founder of osteopathy, Dr. W. G. Sutherland, who
developed cranial osteopathy, and Dr. R. Becker, who further explored
the unique healing processes present in all of us. All three physicians
believed that good health reflects the integration of the energies
of the body, mind, and spirit. At the core of our healing mechanism
is the cerebral spinal fluid that surrounds and nourishes the brain.
Good flow of this fluid, as well as blood flow, is critical for
health and motion of all of your body systems: including vascular,
visceral, nervous, lymphatic, and musculoskeletal systems. CST uses
the gentle touch of "Profound Neutral" to palpate these fluids and
encourage their flow to nourish the organs, muscles, and bones of
the body. Restrictions can cause chronic pain symptoms that have
not responded to medications or other therapies. When restrictions
are released, pain levels decrease and mobility improves. The body
remembers a deeper level of function and flow, and ease is restored
for many activities.

Deep
Relaxation Massage:
Is the
timeless "Swedish" technique utilized to increase circulation, reduce
stress and tension, relax tired and sore muscles, improve general
function of the body's systems and promote a better state-of-mind.

Electro
Therapeutic Point Stimulation (E-Stim):
Is
the newest therapy being utilized to combat chronic and acute pain
throughout North America. E-Stim is a non-invasive therapy
applying concentrated, low frequency stimulation to ancient acutherapy
points, motor/trigger points, and contracted motor bands in an effort
to gently sedate the nervous system and reduce inflammation. This produces an effective and versatile approach to chronic pain
management.

Holographic Repaterning: Based on a foundation of principles of Kinesiology, Bio-feedback, and Psychology. HR is NOT about changing something outside yourself. It is about identifying and transforming what is within - your own energetic resonant frequency patterns. Every problem, ultimately, is a life-depleting pattern you resonate with, or are in tune with. The HR process allows you to create a higher state of energy, allows connecting your heart in all your relationships and allows you to contribute more of your self in action, for harmony and successes in all areas of your life!

Myofascial
Release (MFR):
Frees the
tension in the fascia, or connective tissue, that surrounds and
supports muscles, bones, and organs. This modality allows
the body to restore proper structural alignment, relieve pain associated
with adhesions, increase range of motion and function, and can release
the pattern of tissue memory. A sustained pressure is used
with fingers, hands, and/or forearms to apply long slow gliding
strokes to stretch the fascia.

Raindrop
Therapy:
Involves
layering a protocol of essential oils directly onto specific areas of the feet and spine about
every six inches from the sacrum toward the cervical spine.
The oils are then massaged into the spine using light strokes with
the fingers stimulation energy impulses and dispersing the oils
along the nervous system innervating the entire body. This
therapy is used to help balance electrical energies, strengthen
the immune system, and relieve discomfort associated with inflammation. It also relaxes, calms and relieves the tension of spastic muscles
resulting from injuries, fatigue or stress.
